Kundalini Yoga Series with Lisa Annese - Spring into Awareness

Spring into awareness with the Kundalini Yoga, Meditation and Gong bath series led by Lisa Annese. Each two hour class will include a kundalini kriya (set of postures), breathwork, meditation, mantra and gong bath. Prior experience is not necessary.
