Sessions will include a variety of healing modalities based on our theme and may include: intention setting, breathwork, flowing movements, fire ceremony, reflections, meditation, group sound bath, reiki/theta, channeled messages and more.

Create space for love in your life with a divine sound bath meditation. Session will bring you back to the present moment with conscious breathing, connect with your soul through a guided heart meditation and bring peace and stillness to your mind through the power of sound vibrations. You will leave the session feeling lighter, clear, balanced and full of love.

Remember the love that exists within. Workshop will include kundalini inspired movements, guided breathing, heart meditations, mantra, centering prayer and sound bath.
